What's On My Wishlist/ What Is In My Sephora Cart
Like most obsessed with makeup, I keep a running wish list. Most of the times it's a list on my phone, a cart I am one click away from purchasing on Sephora, or a running list of videos where I loved the looks. Today, I decided to share with you what I currently have in my Sephora cart and why I am so close to pulling the trigger and having them all shipped to me.
The amount of videos I have seen talk about this is endless. Ever since I saw Tati Westbrook use this to dust off her bake, I immediately added to my cart. So, what is holding me back? With reviews saying it is not a very intense highlight, and my love of my NYX contour palette and Champagne Pop highlighter, It seems a bit like an unnecessary product. Is a powder to stroke off my under eye bake and put all over my face for a glow going to be a game changer?

Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint
I first saw this in an ad at Macy's. I was heading through the beauty department on my way to clothes, trying to keep my head down to save my wallet, and this huge advertisement from Nars just had to pop into my face. It was almost if it knew I was a sucker for new makeup. A product similar to a tinted moisturizer that provides coverage with a matte velvet finish sounds like heaven. Reading the description, it seems like I would be able to skip primer as well, "Transparent Blurring Powders help to blur imperfections, even the look of skintone, and smooth the appearance of pores and fine lines." It just sounds like the perfect thing for any skin. The only reason I haven't bought this yet, is I want to go into a Sephora and try it on my skin for a perfect color match.
Caudalie Beauty Elixir
Another item on my wish list is the Caudalie Beauty Elixir. As a multi use product, I have been dying to try it out. I currently have a love affair with the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water and with the Urban Decay All Nighter Spray. I want to see if there is a huge difference between this spray and those! Currently, I like the Urban Decay one more than the Smashbox one when it comes to setting my makeup, but the Smash box one is nice for priming.
A gorgeous
contour/sculpting powder, I have had my eye on this for awhile.
MakeupbyTiffanyD raves about this powder and she always looks gorgeous when it
is applied. I haven't pulled the trigger yet due to my crazy amount of other
bronzing and contouring powders. This powder looks like the perfect shade to
create beautiful shadows on the face.
Smashbox
Full Exposure Palette The gorgeous mixture of
shimmery and matte shades make this palette almost irresistible. I can not
count the amount of times I have swatched this palette at Sephora or Ulta. I
know I will be getting this palette soon. I think it is the perfect nude palette
and will be a great addition in any collection. Also, I have gotten the mini
full exposure palette for christmas presents and birthday presents for friends.
It is the perfect price point for a great travel eyeshadow palette! I love that
it is the size of a business card.
Finally, the cinema
secrets makeup brush cleanser is on my wish list. I have seen so many videos of
Tati raving about it. I am just waiting for my Sephora brush cleanser to run
out to get this one. I've heard of how well it cleans makeup brushes and how
soft it makes them. A quick drying formula is extremely important to me because
a lot of the time I want to use the same brush to switch between products and
colors. The Sephora brand cleanser tends not to dry very fast and I usually sit
around waving my brush around waiting for it to dry.
I hope you all enjoyed getting a glimpse of what
is on my wish list! Let me know what is on yours!
xoxo
