First Impressions: Benefit Roller Lash
I'll be the first to admit it, I am probably the last person to try out the Benefit Roller Lash. After coming out in February 2015, it took me awhile to giving in to trying it. I love my Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara so much, I was almost scared to find a new favorite. After watching countless youtubers go on about how amazing it is, I finally bit the bullet and bought it for myself.

And let me tell you, they were all right. This mascara curls, lengthens, and volumes all while keeping the clumps under control. I find it a bit more daytime appropriate than my coveted Too Faced, but you could totally rock it at any nighttime event.
The curl. It needs a full paragraph dedicated to talk about just this aspect. This mascara is marketed as a no lash curler needed mascara, which is perfect for my friends who still believe that a lash curler is a torture device. Personally, I don't know if I can let go of my eyelash curler. This mascara still amps up the curl even after you use an eyelash curler! The best part about it? It lasts all day. I have lashes that are pretty easy to curl, but a bit straight. I have had issues in the past with certain mascaras not giving me the curl I want, but this mascara gives the perfect one.
One of my favorite parts is how long wearing it is. I have always found benefit mascara's to be the best long wearing, non waterproof mascaras out there. The roller lash lives up to the company's precedent. I have major issues with my bottom eyelashes being too long and smearing onto my under eye concealer, this one doesn't do that.
One day of wear is all I needed to find out how amazing this mascara is.
This is one eye with one coat of mascara, one eye with bare lashes.
One eye with two coats of mascara, one eye with bare lashes.
Two coats of mascara on both lashes.
This mascara has now made it into my everyday makeup bag and is my favorite daytime mascara. Has anyone else tried it? What are your thoughts?
xoxo,
Monica Marie
