Everyday Neutral Eye

I move on to lightening up the inner 1/3 of my eye using the highlight color in the wet and wild walking on eggshells trio. Placing this on the inner corner and brow-bone as well as the inner lid really brighten ups eyes and makes them look bigger. For the outer corner, I mix together Faint from the naked basics and the crease color from the wet and wild one. Finally to finish off the eye look, I applied a brownish black liner which I featured in my college makeup post and my newest favorite everyday mascara which I talked about in my last post.
I have been loving this look for any day where I want a quick eyeshadow that I know will look good. I think this combination of colors is especially good for blue eyes, but will also flatter a wide range of eye colors. Another way you could do this look is just using the wet and wild walking on egg shells palette and using it for the lid, crease, and brow-bone. The differences would the lid would be a more pink shimmer than coppery gold and the crease color would not be as intense. I also find using this trio on it's own takes a bit of more blending than mixing them with other shadows takes.

I love this look! I used to do a similar one with the Walking on Eggshells trio. I definitely regret giving it away!
